Christine, as an agent and a person is nothing short of outstanding. My wife and I don't even think of her as our agent, but as our friend. Not once during the purchase our house did I ever feel she was anything but a friend looking out for our best interests. She far exceeded every expectation we had and without any hesitation stood up for what was right, always looking out for our best options. Chris has sold two homes for me in Santa Clara County. The first sold for well over the listing price in nine days in a fair market and the other was sold for the full listing price in a very, very slow market with home prices dropping weekly. Actions speak much louder than words and Chris delivered. I will never use any other realtor. She exceeded all of my expectations and I highly recommend her.

Christine sold our deceased parent's residence, which was over 200 miles away from our home. She interfaced with the probate attorney and tailored all documents within the trust/probate Court framework, kept track of all recommended repairs and appointments, and made excellent suggestions to sell a property in a very difficult market. She calmed our nerves, held our hand, and went way above the call of duty. She is honest, knowledgeable, and highly professional. Her candor with what was and wasn't reasonable, explaining every step of the process to us in lay-person terms, and always keeping us apprised of where we were in the process took an incredible amount of stress out of a difficult situation. No questions were left unanswered. She is the only realtor I have ever had full and complete trust and confidence in, and I recommend without reservation.
